Additional to our camera system CCD 2000, a complete infrared linescan camera is available. A thermo electric cooled InGaAs- sensor is used, which is sensitive from 0.9 to 1.7(std) µm or from 0.9 to 2.2(ext) or 2.5 µm(eext).
